DEep Tissue and pain Relief
$200 for 1.5 hour session

We start with a 5-10 minute assessment to see range of motion, physical alignment etc. Then, upon starting the bodywork session we start very light with some minimal acupressure and Shiatsu to first relax the nervous system. This is if the pain allows, we also continue our assessment and will offer guidance before moving gently into deeper and deeper levels of the musculature.
Many clients have told me that they have never been able to go as deep before our session and that is because we the the time to relax the other systems in the body before entering so deeply into the musculature, this is why the minimum session is 1.5 hours, longer is better but especially if the issue is more localized 1.5 hours is enough.
